To ensure we are still relevant and congruent in our messaging and expression of our brand essence our business requires a review. A review of our beliefs, values, mission, vision, visual identity, verbal identity, our audience and the list goes on.

Step Two: Review and agree to terms & disclaimer for the Energy Session

Step Three: Make payment on the invoice by clicking the ‘Submit and Finish’ button. You will be guided to make the payment.

Step Four: You will be sent an email confirmation with a Brand Audit Questionnaire to be completed at least 7 days before your session (I recommend allowing 1-2hrs to complete the form)

Hello, I'm Chantelle

I call myself a brand ignition and evolution guide, and if you’re anything like me, you value deep connection and commitment to your service in the world.

Brands are a living asset and are meant to adapt and evolve through many cycles. A brand not built on a solid foundation, can make your business feel heavy, unfulfilling and directionless. Evolving from this state is almost near impossible. I’ve been there many times until I landed on the idea of integrated branding.

Integrating your branding into your life, business and marketing allows you to show up with vulnerability, grace and joy. It reduces the amount of doubt about big decisions in your business and becomes an authentic extension and expression of who you are.

What happens after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email with a brand audit questionnaire to be completed no later than 7 days before your booked session.

If you need more time please contact at least 7 days before your session to reschedule.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of this service, there is no refunds for change of mind. Any unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis, with the possibility of a partial refund.

Need to reschedule?
You may reschedule up to 7 days before your booked session, if you reschedule less than 7 days, a $200 AUD rescheduling fee will apply to cover the time allocated in my calendar for your original session time.

If I need to cancel or reschedule we will find a new date that works for both of us or I will issue a refund. If circumstances arise that prevent you from completing tasks required to fulfil the service, a 50% refund will be considered.

What does an energy session look like?

The energy session is intuitively guided based on what is presenting on the day of your session.

These session can include (and not limited to):

What is Zoom?

Zoom is an online platform that will host our session. You will be send a meeting link to join my meeting room for your session time.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes, we are more than happy to arrange a payment plan. Please email [email protected] so we can update the invoice to reflect this for you.

Does this include any design work?

The brand audit is for you to get a clear understanding of what your next step is. This service does not include any design work. Should you wish to continue working with me will discuss any design work required and quote accordingly.
