Once I have everything I need from you, you will receive your Loom and Brand Visibility & Alignment Summary PDF within three business days.

You will complete a diagnostic form and share your current brand touchpoints. This might include your website, social links, offer pages, brand visuals, messaging, or any brand documents you already have.

No. This is a diagnostic, not a done-for-you design or copywriting service. You will receive clear findings, recommendations and next steps.

It is more layered than a standard audit. Most audits focus on what is visible. This diagnostic looks at your brand across strategy, expression and embodiment.

Yes, this is the first step to working with me on a larger project. The session cost will be deducted if you proceed with a Ditch the DIY or Evolve experience. 

Yes. You might discover that your brand needs refinement, not a full overhaul.

You can use the recommendations to make updates yourself, brief a designer or copywriter, or book the optional 1:1 session if you want support integrating the findings.

 

You may reschedule with up to 72 hours of notice.  

If you need to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded (unless otherwise required by law).

Any deposit paid will be held as a credit to be used within 3 months from the date of cancellation.

If I need to cancel or reschedule we will find a new date that works for both of us or I will issue a refund.
