✔️ Kickoff Planning Session
We’ll start by helping you get clear on what you want to focus on during the Lab. You’ll leave with a simple visibility plan that feels realistic and doable for you.

✔️ 5 Weekly Practice Sessions (co-working sessions)
Held on Zoom, these are spacious co-working calls where we begin with a short grounding practice, then create dedicated time to work on your visibility — posting, writing, recording, or whatever showing up looks like for you.

✔️ 1 Guided “HELD” Session
Small group (max 4 people + me). This session goes a little deeper. I’ll guide you through reflection, gentle practices, and supportive exercises to help you untangle the fears or patterns that come up around being visible. 

✔️ Integration & Celebration Session
In our final week, we’ll pause to look back at the progress you’ve made, anchor in what’s shifted, and celebrate your wins. You’ll leave with next steps that feel steady and clear.

Who's your guide?

I’m Chantelle — a brand mentor, nervous system guide, and intuitive intelligence facilitator. I’m not here as someone who’s mastered visibility.

I still wobble.
I still freeze sometimes.
I know what it’s like to post for a week straight, crash, and then disappear for a month. I know the dread of staring at a blank caption, tweaking it for hours, and never hitting publish. I know the weight of showing up because you “have to,” not because it feels true. 

What changed everything for me was learning to work with my nervous system — not against it. Visibility stopped being about pressure and productivity, and started being about clarity, confidence, and authentic expression. That’s why I created The Visibility Lab: a space where we don’t push harder, we practise showing up together, in a way you can actually sustain.

I’m not leading from a pedestal — I’m in this journey too, living and breathing right beside you. That’s what makes this work different. Because visibility isn’t about what you post, it’s about how you feel when you show up.

Got Questions?

I’ve done mindset work before — how is this different?

Great question. Mindset work is valuable — but it only goes so far if your nervous system still perceives visibility as unsafe. In The Visibility Lab, we work with the body and the mind. Instead of pushing through fear, we build the capacity to be seen through regulation, reflection, and co-regulation.

What is co-regulation?

Co-regulation is what happens when your nervous system feels safer in the presence of others. It’s a biological, relational process — where just being in a supported, non-judgmental space helps your body soften. In The Visibility Lab, that co-regulation is:
  • being witnessed in your visibility wobbles
  • showing up in community, not isolation
  • building trust, together

What if I don’t feel ready to be visible?

You don’t need to be ready. You just need to be willing. This space is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You won’t be pushed to share anything you’re not ready to. We work gently, slowly, and with deep respect for your nervous system’s pace.

What if I miss a session?

You’re welcome to come live to as many sessions as you can, but there’s no pressure to attend every single one. Some replays will be available, and the Facebook group is open for check-ins, reflections, and shared wins in between live sessions.

Do I have to have my camera on?

I encourage cameras on for group sessions to build safety and connection — but if your nervous system says no, that will always be respected. You can choose how you participate based on what feels supportive for you in the moment.

Is this a visibility strategy or content planning space?

Not exactly. This isn’t about what to post — it’s about why you’re not posting. You’ll likely leave with content and ideas, but more importantly, you’ll leave with the nervous system support and confidence to actually share them.

What if I want 1:1 support?

You’ll have the option to book 1:1 sessions during the Lab at a special member-only rate of $120 AUD (+gst). These are perfect if you want deeper support around a visibility edge or personal pattern that’s coming up.
