BOOK A CALL

I acknowledge the traditional families of the Yugambeh language people of South East Queensland as the custodians of Yugerra country, the unceded land where I live, work, explore and grow. I’d like to pay my respect to their elders past, present, and across time.

It’s time to stop the comparison scroll and get clear about your branding so ‘how everyone else is doing it’ becomes irrelevant.
Discover Brand You!

For a long time, I thought visibility meant pushin For a long time, I thought visibility meant pushing through.

But lately, I've been experimenting with something different —
Pausing.
Checking in.
Resourcing before I show up.

Inside The Visibility Lab, we’re exploring visibility through the lens of nervous system safety, co-regulation, and care — softening the pressure to 'post or perish'.

One participant said after our opening session:
“Your reframes around visibility are already sinking in — soooo good.”

If you’re longing for a new way to meet visibility — one that centers your needs alongside your desire to be seen — add your details to the waitlist to stay in the loop for The Visibility Lab. Link is in the bio or drop a ✨ and I will DM you the link.

You don’t have to push to be visible.
You can resource first.
You can move at your own pace.
You can be seen and supported.
I didn’t create The Visibility Lab because I mas I didn’t create The Visibility Lab because I mastered visibility.
I created it because I haven’t.
 ⠀
Because I know what it’s like to:
→ feel too tender to post
 → overthink every word
→ question whether what I say even matters
 ⠀
And I know how healing it’s been to be with that — in community.
 ⠀
This isn’t a challenge or a strategy drop.
It’s a co-held space for business owners who want to meet visibility gently.

The Visibility Lab is for you if…
→ You deeply care about your work… But when it’s time to show up, your mind goes blank
→ Or you post, then want to immediately disappear
→ Or you just keep avoiding it — even though you want to be seen
 ⠀
This space is about building the capacity to be visible — without forcing it.
We begin soon. It’s small, intimate, and built with softness in mind.

What visibility can look like: ✨ Hitting publish What visibility can look like:
✨ Hitting publish and walking away — without spiralling
✨ Feeling a little more proud than panicked
✨ Pausing before posting — and choosing to wait without shame
✨ Sharing something small, but true
✨ Asking for support when it gets wobbly
✨ Letting visibility be a practice — not a performance

This is what we explore in The Visibility Lab - A 4-week space for the tender, body-led experience of being seen. Join us in the beta round — link in bio.
There’s a quiet pressure I see so many of us car There’s a quiet pressure I see so many of us carry in business:
That if we’re not showing up, something must be wrong.
That resistance is a mindset flaw.
That our hesitation to be seen needs to be fixed.

But what if it doesn’t?

What if your pause… your silence… your freeze response…
wasn’t a mistake — but a message?

What if your body is doing exactly what it was designed to do — protect you — in the only way it knows how?

When we treat visibility like a problem to solve, we start forcing ourselves to perform.
But when we treat visibility like a relationship, we begin to notice what’s underneath the fear.
And that’s where something tender and lasting can begin.

This has been my experience, especially during the launch of The Visibility Lab. I've noticed my relationship with visibility is changing, it isn't something I push away or push through, it is something I be with, meeting and releasing what is present. Visibility isn’t just about planning and posting.

It’s about building the capacity to be seen — without bypassing what’s actually there.

If that lands somewhere in your system… You’re so welcome to join us. Link in bio
It’s been a little quiet here — not because I’ve had nothing to say, but because I’ve been learning how to relate to visibility in a new way.
 ⠀
Not as a “should.”
Not as a pressure to be consistent.
But as something I could tend to gently.
 ⠀
What I’ve discovered has changed how I approach showing up — and inspired me to create something new...

If you've ever...
Frozen before hitting publish…
Over-explained, softened your words, or ghosted your audience out of fear…
 ⠀
You’re not alone — and you’re not failing.
 ⠀
Visibility resistance isn’t a mindset issue.
It’s a nervous system one.
 ⠀
When being seen feels like a threat (even subtly), our nervous system protects us — through freeze, overthinking, or shutdown.
 ⠀
That understanding changed everything for me.
And it’s exactly why I created The Visibility Lab (beta) — a 4-week space for tender, co-regulated visibility practice. Link in bio

Nature often inspires me when I need additional ideas or even rest so that the ideas can flow.

Question for you! How long have you had that landi Question for you! How long have you had that landing page, lead magnet design or promotion graphics on your to-do list?

As a busy business owner trying to wear all the hats, it's so common to be thinking of #allthethings, and yet feel overwhelmed to the point of getting nothing actually done.

Decision fatigue is real!

Because our minds are always going in a million different directions, it’s hard to sit down and focus on that “thing” that you’ve had on your list forever. You might find yourself tinkering with it here and there, just trying to get it to a place of “good enough” but you’re never truly happy with it or proud of it. Even with the Canva templates!

After spending the past 7 years helping online business owners with their graphic design & branding, I saw a need for those who just needed their tasks done yesterday!

And that was the catalyst that sparked my desire to create a Design Day offer!

Ditch the DIY Design Days are for the entrepreneur who is working around family life (usually only having an hour or 2 here and there) or a busy schedule and business owners DIYing their marketing and branding assets who have a to-do list a mile long, and need the easy button for not only getting their marketing done & brand assets created, but getting it done FAST and FABULOUSLY!

If you’re ready to get that list down FAST + FABULOUSLY then we need to chat!

Send me a DM, and let’s get this conversation started.
